Saving and Sharing Sessions

Summary: Save the audio of your practice session and, optionally, share the session with your admin.

Your data and analytics will be saved at different points, including:

When you end a speech or roleplay:

• Performance data, such as scores, transcripts, and AI feedback, is saved automatically

  • ✅ Saved to your account

  • ✅ Basic completion metrics shared with an admin

  • ❌ Audio of the session is not saved

  • ❌ Detailed results not shared with an admin

When you use the Save/Upload feature:

• Save File button:

  • ✅ Audio of the session is saved

  • ❌ Detailed results not shared with an admin

• Save and Share with Admin button:

  • ✅ Saved to your account

  • ✅ Basic completion metrics shared with an admin

  • ✅ Audio of the session is saved

  • ✅ Detailed results shared with an admin

Note: If you'd like to share your results with an admin after completing your speech or roleplay, you can do so in the Results section of your account.

How to Save/Upload your Results

In the coaching scene, you can save your audio or share the feedback with your admin, using the "Save/Upload" button:

You will then be directed to this screen to save your session.

You can rename your file, which will then appear in both the 'Saved Sessions' scene of the VirtualSpeech app and the online portal (or admin dashboard if you share the session with your admin).

To save your file, click the 'Save File' button.

To save and share your file with your admin, click the 'Save and Share with Admin' button.

To also send the feedback to your email, toggle the 'Send to Email' option.

Reviewing your Saved Sessions

After completing a session and leaving the coaching room, you can view your results:

• In the Saved Sessions section of the VirtualSpeech app

• In the Results section of your online portal
