Presentation slides - Available in Public Speaking Practice and Avatar Roleplays
Notes - Available in Public Speaking Practice
Custom Questions - Available in Public Speaking Practice or Avatar Roleplay Interview scenarios
CV / Resume / Job Description - Available in Specialised Avatar Roleplay Scenarios
Uploading Presentation Slides
Please follow these steps to upload your slides to the VirtualSpeech App:
Enter your email address and app code (Accessing your Account)/password to log in
Upload your presentation slides (Acceptable Formats are: PDF)
Open the VirtualSpeech App on your device
Start a speech or roleplay session
When you enter the scene, select 'Uploaded Slides' on the Presentation Panel
You will be able to select your Uploaded Presentation slides from the list
If you are not able to see your Uploaded Presentation slides, please check that you are logged in to the app. If you continue to have this problem, contact us.
Uploading Notes
Please follow these steps to upload your notes to the VirtualSpeech App:
Enter your email address and app code (Accessing your Account)/password to log in
Copy and paste your notes into the "Paste notes here" field
Submit your notes
Open the VirtualSpeech App on your device
Start a speech session
When you enter the scene, select 'Open Notes' on the Analysis Panel
Select 'Uploaded Notes' and you will be able to select your uploaded notes from the list
If you are not able to see your Uploaded Notes, please check that you are logged in to the app. If you continue to have this problem, contact us.
Uploading Custom Questions
Please follow these steps to upload your notes:
Enter your email address and app code (Accessing your Account)/password to log in
Add your custom questions into the appropriate fields
Submit your Custom Questions
Open the VirtualSpeech App on your device
Start a speech or interview roleplay session
Speech: select 'Audience Questions' on the Analysis Panel
Roleplay: select the 'Interview Skills: Pre-Set Questions' roleplay, and the question set in the configuration settings
If you are not able to see your Uploaded Questions, please check that you are logged in to the app. If you continue to have this problem, contact us.
Uploading CV/Resume
Please follow these steps to upload your CV/Resume:
Enter your email address and app code (Accessing your Account)/password to log in
Upload your CV/Resume file (Acceptable Formats are: PDF or Word (.docx)) and add a job description
Submit your CV/Resume and job description
In VR or on the online practice exercise, select the roleplay panel then the roleplay: 'Interview on Uploaded Resume + Job Desc.'
You will be prompted to select your CV before entering the roleplay
If you are not able to see your uploaded CV/Resume, please check that you are logged in to the app. If you continue to have this problem, contact us.
